LINCOLN MANOR ELDERLY HOUSING FACILITY
WALNUTPORT, PENNSYLVANIA
Lincoln Manor is an elderly housing facility designed by RMP to provide 36 separate one and two bedroom living units within an established residential area.  The two-story residentially scaled units lend themselves to the tight site restrictions by providing pods of housing in a park-like setting.

STOURBRIDGE SQUARE
HONESDALE, PA
Stourbridge Square was designed to provide elderly housing in a historic residential section of Honesdale, Pennsylvania. This  design was recipient of the Design of the Year Award as acknowledged by the Federal Housing Authority.  The project successfully incorporated the historical detailing required by the local historic board as well as meeting the needs of the client and future residents.  The design incorporates a 2-story central entry/administration area with a balcony level common living space.  Each of the 58 units provide separate living, sleeping and cooking areas for the residents.
GOSHENHOPPEN VILLAGE CO-OP RETIREMENT COMMUNITY
UPPER HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA
The Goshenhoppen Village Co-op Retirement Community is master planned development designed to include a full spectrum of transitional care services in a park-like setting. The phased planning resulted in 100 elderly apartment units, 59 personal care units and an 80-bed skilled nursing unit.  Plans for the balance of the site included 100 independent cottage dwelling units.  RMP provided a design for a Personal Care Facility and an apartment building, which are linked by a central core that includes a large grand entry, administration offices, dining facilities and a kitchen to service the personal care units, common living and multipurpose spaces and support services.
   
ROUSE-WARREN COUNTY HOME - Warren County
YOUNGSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA
Rouse-Warren County Home provides 179 beds in semi-private suites based on a radial concept design of nursing wings around a central core.  The home features a controlled access dementia wing specifically designed to accommodate Alzheimer’s patients.  Amenities in the facility include large living areas in a residentially scaled building, multi-purpose rooms, crafts and medical support staff offices.  The design is based on a radial concept and provides 90 double bed suites.  The internal courtyard is used year round by the residents and staff for exercise and provides a comfortable visual backdrop for the residents.  The project was presented the Nursing Home of the Year Award for all nursing home facilities designed using state and federally sponsored monies in that year.
