MARS PRIMARY CENTER - Mars Area School District
MARS, PENNSYLVANIA
Mars Primary Center, completed in 2000, was a new building designed for students in  kindergarten through second grade.  Academic areas included 6 kindergarten classrooms, 13 first grade and 13 second grade classrooms, gymnasium, library, cafeteria/kitchen, computer labs, art/music rooms, special education and small group instruction rooms.  This building is equipped with a state of the art HVAC, information technology, electrical and security systems.  The project was completed on time and within budget.
EAST HIGH SCHOOL - The School District of the City of Erie
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA
East High School, completed in 1999, was a newly constructed building that houses 1137 students within 206,000 square feet.  This communications/arts 'magnet' High School replaced an existing 1902 facility.  A state-of-the-art educational facility, East High is organized into three 2-story pods or houses with each being supported by conference rooms, teacher planning centers, guidance and restrooms.  The program also included a 25-yard, 6 lane regulation therapy competition swimming pool with a timing system for school and community use.  Other recreation areas included a 1,200 seat multi-use gymnasium, 500 seat auditorium, wrestling training room, strength training area, equipment storage rooms, and associated locker/ shower/ toilet facilities.  The project was completed on time and below the District’s budget.
          
PALISADES SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL - Palisades School District
KINTNERSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA
Completed in August 2004, this addition and renovation project completely updated the interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and technology systems.  The exterior of the building was updated with new windows and sloped metal roofing.  The administration suite was expanded adding a secure vestibule for student and teacher safety.  A new auditorium for 850 people was constructed connecting all of the performing arts spaces with a large lobby with display areas and an art gallery.  A new fitness center with community access was also included.

JOHN AND DOROTHY MORGAN CENTER FOR HIGHER LEARNING -
Lehigh Carbon Community College
TAMAQUA, PENNSYLVANIA
This is a new project for Lehigh Carbon Community College consisting of the renovation of the former Tamaqua Middle School building into a new satellite campus providing educational services and opportunities locally to a greater number of county residents.  Three quarters of the building will be demolished and a new entrance addition including Administration offices with reception and an open area for student's registration on the lower floor with classrooms above will be built onto the existing auditorium. A second floor will be inserted into the auditorium to house Conference / Seminar Rooms, Student lounge, Learning Resource Center with open computer and tutoring labs, Faculty Offices, Nursing Anatomy and Physiology Labs, Chemistry and Biology Labs with Preparation Rooms, and 15 general classrooms on 2 floors.

HARDING SCHOOL - The School District of the City of Erie
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA
The renovations and additions of this existing building included the reconfiguration of the grade levels changing it from a K-6 school to a K-8 school.  The existing portion of the building was renovated to comply with current, state, city, ADA and PDE academic standards.  Academic areas include three classrooms per grade level K through 8, dedicated rooms for art, music, science, special education, life skills and small group instruction, computer labs and library.  The building has a renovated gym, new cafeteria facilities with a new satellite kitchen, new auditorium with stage.  New playgrounds and parking areas were developed with a separate play area for the kindergarten classrooms.
