BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA

Dale and Ruth Roth purchased this 30.6 acre farm property in 1994 in an effort to provide the area with much needed office/commercial development.
Lowhill Corporate Center is a 7 lot sub-division exclusively for office buildings.  A 1900 circa barn along with an 1850 circa log house existed on the property.  The excellent condition of the barn, lead Dale to envision the creative reuse of the barn, expanding the size to create 15,500 s.f. of rental space.  The redesign highlighted the original “barn” architectural theme and was constructed at a cost of 1.2 million dollars ($77.40/square foot).  The use of high quality materials is very evident throughout the building and led to awards presented to RMP for Outstanding Adaptive Reuse Design.
